Dr Yogesh Rathod
MBBS FRACGP
Dr. Rathod is a specialist general practitioner and holds a fellowship the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners for the last 15 years.
Has been a GP college examiner, held a honorary senior lecturer position at the University of Queensland, Dept of General Practice, and has participated in teaching medical students & GP trainees in the clinical setting.
Having completed residency across a range of specialties, and advanced training in the mental health area. His medical experiences saw him take up specialist General Practice training, leading to becoming a Fellow of the college of General Practice in Australia & New Zealand.
His work journey has seen him work in the small rural, large metro & university based clinics, to indigenous health clinics and in a variety of interesting clinical settings. He manages the full spectrum of general practice, with a focus on chronic disease management, men’s health, preventative healthcare and is also interest in veterans health & well being.
