Dr Maddison Furner
MD, BMedSci
Dr Maddison is a GP registrar with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). She graduated from Griffith Medical School in 2020 and trained at Logan Hospital and Mater Hospital South Brisbane before traveling interstate to work at The Royal Darwin Hospital and most recently Launceston General Hospital in Tasmania. During this time, she gained experience across various specialties including general medicine, emergency medicine, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, endocrinology, infectious diseases, nephrology, haematology and cardiology, developing a well-rounded clinical foundation. Dr Maddison is interested in all aspects of general practice, particularly paediatric medicine, preventative health and infectious diseases, and enjoys working with patients to improve their health.
